Hand-carved seed from the Buri tree, a palm tree native to the Philippines. The seed has ivory like qualities. Very hard, smooth and light-weight. These beads have some of the brown outer skin removed exposing the off white centre of the seed giving the bead a tiger-like pattern. Size is approximate only and can vary.
